The Arizona Concours d’Elegance wrapped up its fifth event – the first at its beautiful new Scottsdale Civic Center venue – on Sunday, January 22, with a voluptuous 1947 Talbot Lago cabriolet by Figoni et Falaschi winning Best of Show honors.
