Arizona Concours Entrant Application
Please fill out the entire form and sign the release prior to submitting. Your completed application should include a three-quarter view high-resolution photo, a description of your automobile, and proof of insurance. If submitting more than one automobile for consideration, please complete a separate form.
All information submitted, including photos, become the property of The Arizona Concours d’Elegance and will not be returned. Final automobile acceptance is at the sole discretion of The Arizona Concours d’Elegance selection committee. Automobiles that have been shown at the Arizona Concours d’Elegance within the past three years are not eligible for consideration. Automobiles that are currently consigned to an auction will not be considered.
The Arizona Concours d’Elegance is a not-for-profit event, which in part is held outdoors, rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, the Concours organizer will issue no refunds of any kind. All automobiles must have a UL approved fire extinguisher with the vehicle on the show field.
There is a $300 entrant fee per automobile, payable by check when submitting an application. Your check will not be cashed until your car is accepted; if your car is not accepted, your uncashed check will be returned. Applications will not be considered until your entrant fee is received. Owners of accepted automobiles will receive VIP access for two to the Arizona Concours and related events, an event program, and event related swag.
